Home Away From Home

Designed for a live brief with Laura Ashley, Home Away From Home encapsulates the atmosphere of a rural country escape with the purpose of freeing its guests from the pressures of repetitive work life. Inspired by the natural environment - specifically spring-time blooms - the designs pair botanic silhouettes with woven textile textures and vintage feel motifs that allow for a romantic feel, motivated by a trip to the brand's design archives. The Spring/Summer 2026/27 collection holds themes of biophilia, bringing a blooming garden to interior textiles and walls. The project was such an exciting opportunity, as a celebration of the brands anniversary: '100 years of an icon', and I was very grateful to have been recognised by the Laura Ashley design team as one of their top 5 collections in the project.
